Family: Chelsea Barnes (Fraternal twin sister)
Bio: Dylan's father had been killed and he lived on the streets with his sister for a bit before being taken in by Chase Benton in his center for homeless kids and teens. Dylan enjoyed it there as it was a nice warm place to sleep at night, and his sister was safe.
Dylan is my own guy, I own him heh. His pb is Ian Somerhalder, him sadly I don't own.
